So you think you've got a hardware problem? Follow these steps to record a log of the USB packets sent to and from your stick and send it to me at saitekx36@rogers.com with a log of the problem you're experiencing and I'll see what I can find. Download a copy of USB Snoopy, http://vega.dyndns.org/x36/diag/sniffusb-0.13.zip -> Unplug your X36. -> Remove /all/ drivers for your X36, including mine. -> Plug the X36 back in. It should detect as a 'USB Human Interface Device'. -> Extract the archive. -> In the 'dbgview' folder, run the 'dbgview' application. Minimize it and leave it running. -> In the 'ui' folder, go to 'release' and run the 'SniffUSB' executable. -> Press the 'Unpack sys' button. -> Choose the 'USB Human Interface Device' entry (should have something containing VID_06A3 in the first column) and push the 'install' button, then the 'replug' button. -> Wait a second or two, then press 'uninstall' and 'replug'. -> Go back to the Dbgview window - it should be full of stuff, now. Copy-and-paste the entire contents of the window and e-mail it to me at saitekx36@rogers.com with a description of the problem you're seeing.
